Our valued medical secretary is going on parental leave, and we are therefore looking for her replacement for a fixed-term position of approximately one year, starting in September.

Here, you will have a varied and significant role where you combine tasks as a medical secretary with broad healthcare administrative duties. You will become a key person in the operations and a natural contact point for both patients and colleagues. The role offers great variety, personal responsibility, and the opportunity to contribute to the success of the healthcare center.

Responsibilities

As a medical secretary/healthcare administrator, you will among other things work with:

• Medical record documentation
• Handling referrals and statistics
• Introducing and supporting new staff in PMO and administering user permissions
• Serving as the local contact person for IT, telephone, and system issues
• Handling insurance matters and administering patient registration
• Contributing to quality and patient safety through log checks and administrative follow-ups

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who are trained as a medical secretary with a degree in health and social care administration (KY/YH) or equivalent medical secretary training.

You have good knowledge of the Office package and feel confident in administrative tasks. Experience with the PMO medical record system and/or previous work in primary care is an advantage.
